摘    要:针对无锡灵山胜境梵宫钢结构工程大跨度悬挂型预应力钢拉杆结合管桁架等结构特点和施工难点,采用塔式起重机、胎架、大吨位履带式起重机组合使用的吊装工艺,化整为零、分块拼装、分段吊装,成功解决了施工场地有限、桁架重、长度长、高空焊接量大、质量难以保证及先吊装后张拉、卸载的问题。并通过施工过程的严格组织与实施,确保了工程质量和施工安全。

Abstract:According to the characteristics and construction difficulties of large-span,suspending,prestressed structure of pipe-truss at the Vatican Palace of Mountain Ling,the composing hoisting process of tower crane,jig,crawler crane are applied.The rules of changing integral to segments,assembly and hoisting with divisions are adopted,which resolve the difficulties of limit construction site,heavy structure,large welding quantities at high altitude,hoisting,tension and unloading.Through the strict organization an...
