| 摘 要： | 深圳京基金融中心为筒中筒结构,高441.8m,主楼采用大型动臂式内爬塔式起重机施工。介绍了大型动臂式内爬塔式起重机安装、起重臂更换、钢丝绳更换、塔式起重机爬升、防碰撞及防台风措施、高空移位、拆除等关键技术,保证起重机安全运行、满足施工需要,有效保证了施工工期。
