| Abstract: | In this paper, some of recent advances in research on the electrical and magnetic properties of carbon nanotubes are reviewed. Several of preparation methods of metal and alloy coating on carbon nanotubes are also reviewed. Some potential microelectronic applications of carbon nanotubes are described, such as field effect transistors and field-emission devices. Future directions are also forecast. |
