| Abstract: | A mathematic model for the HPLC determination purity of anti-oxidant D is developed.The calculation formula is deduced and then each component uncertainty is calculated through analyzing the various variable among the procedures.The combined uncertainty is then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. |
