摘    要:主要以七水硫酸锌和三水锡酸钠为原料,以氨水为软模板,用β-环糊精作为有机调控基质,在室温条件下成功制备了羟基锡酸锌微球。对 β-环糊精的用量、反应物物质的量比、反应物浓度等条件对产物形貌的影响进行了探讨。确定羟基锡酸锌最佳合成条件为:β-环糊精的用量为9 g/L;锌离子和锡酸根离子的物质的量比为2∶3;反应物浓度为0.3 mol/L。采用XRD、SEM及TG-DTA对样品进行了表征和分析,并对羟基锡酸锌微球的形成机理做了初步探讨。

Abstract:Using ZnSO4·7H2O and Na2SnO3·3H2O as raw materials,ammonia as soft templates,and β-cyclodextrin(CD) controlling the morphology,zinc hydroxystannate[ZnSn(OH)6]microspheres were prepared at room temperature.The effects of the dosage of β-CD,the amount-of-substance ratio of the reactants,and the reactant concentration etc.on the product′s morphology were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the dosage of β-CD was 9 g/L,the amount-of-substance ratio of the reactants was n(Zn2+)∶n(SnO32-)=2∶3,and the reactant concentration was 0.3 mol/L.The products prepared were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and thermal analysis(TG-DTA). Moreover,the reaction mechanism was also investigated.
