| 摘 要： | 针对无锡地区软件服务外包产业的发展和软件外包人才紧缺的现状,软件技术专业围绕"服务园区产业升级发展"的宗旨,以校企合作为抓手,经过近4年的努力,探索出了"政产学"三位一体人才培养模式,在软件外包人才培养方面取得了良好的效果。文章主要介绍该模式的主要内容、培养目标、实施途径和保障体系。
