摘    要:2012年开始实施的节能惠民工程要求,家用电冰箱(柜)要求冷冻箱能效指数≤50%,冷藏冷冻箱能效指数≤32%,原1级能效的产品可能不能满足节能补贴的能效系数的要求。本文从在不改变箱体发泡层厚度的前提下提出新的改造的方案,即从蒸发器的面积和非均匀性分布、冷凝器和罐液量的最佳匹配,必要时适当的增加压缩机的COP等方面探讨新的能效系数要求下的冰箱的节能技术改造。通过上述节能技术的运用,在不改变箱体结构的前提下,优化一款卧式冷藏冷冻箱并使得它的能耗下由原来的0.59kW·h/24h降低为0.5lkW·h/24h。

Abstract:The state start the implementation of energy-saving refrigerator this year, which require the energy efficiency indicators meet≤ 50% for freezer, refrigerator energy efficiency must be meeted≤32%. So as the original lenergy efficiency products will be not meet the requirements of energy efficiency coefficient. This paper namely redesign the evaporator and condenser and tank liquid volume of the best match without change the cabinet foaming layer thickness under the premise of the proposed new transformation plato when necessary, appropriate to increase the compressor COP and so on new energy efficiency coefficient under the requirements of energy saving technical reconstruction of refrigerator. The energy saving technology application, without changing the structure of box, optimization and makes its energy consumption from the original 0.59kw-h/24h reduction of 0.Slkw.h/24h.
