摘    要:我国天然气管道工程用管件,特别是三通、弯头,在高压大口径的设计参数下,由于采用数学分析法计算的壁厚越来越厚,导致在目前的装备条件下管件制造工艺难以保证管件质量。为解决这一问题,根据管件标准的规定,应采用验证试验法,验证试验法不仅可以解决上述技术问题,还适用于各种设计参数下的管件计算,可以较大地降低管件壁厚和制造工艺的难度从而减少管件投资,论述了验证试验法不是简单强度爆破试验的理由,介绍了采用该方法应进行的主要工作,提出了相关建议。

Abstract:Wall thickness of pipe fittings in domestic gas pipelines,especially tees and elbows,are becoming more and more thickened in high pressure and large diameter design conditions if mathematical analysis is adopted to calculate,which results in being difficult to assure quality of pipe fittings.In order to solve the problem,verification test method shall be adopted according to relative provisions in pipe fitting standards.Introduced is the method,which is not only able to solve the above mentioned technical problem,but also suitable for calculation of various design parameters of pipe fittings.Through usage of this method,pipe fitting wall thickness can be reduced and manufacture difficulty and costs can be decreased greatly.It is demonstrated that the verification test method is not cause of a simple burst strength test.Described are main works of the method and put forward are relative suggestions.
