摘    要:
通过热力学和动力学原理分析了现行工况下连退机组冷却段生产硅钢时钢板发生氧化反应的必然性。对工业大生产条件下冷却段的温度、氧含量及钢板运行速度进行了试验研究,确定了理想的工艺参数,实施后效果良好。

Abstract:
Under current operating conditions, the inevitability of oxidation reaction occurred on the surface of a silicon steel sheet during cooling at the cooling section in the continuous annealing line is analyzed based on principles of both thermodynamics and dynamics. Experimental studies are studied with regard to the temperature of the cooling section, content of oxygen and the running speed of the steel sheet under the industrial production. And then desired technological parameters are determined and good results are achieved.
