摘    要:以油酸、N-(2-羟乙基)乙二胺为原料,经酰胺化、环化合成了1-羟乙基-2-油酸基咪唑啉(HEAI),再采用氨基磺酸作为季铵化试剂与其反应得到目标产物1-羟乙基-2-油酸基咪唑啉硫酸酯盐(ISES)。静态挂片失重法实验结果表明,ISES缓蚀效果显著优于HEAI;当温度为50℃、ISES用量为200mg.L-1时,对N80钢在15%HCl中的缓蚀率达到94.88%。

Abstract:1-Hydroxyethyl-2-oleic acid imidazoline(HEAI) was prepared by the reaction of oleic acid and N-(2-hydroxyethyl) ethylene diamine via amidation,cyclization. Then the end-product 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleic acid imidazoline sulfuric ester salt(ISES) was obtained by the reaction of HEAI and aminosulfonic acid which was used as quaternization agent.The result of static weight-loss evaluation showed that ISES had better corrosion inhibition efficiency than HEAI.The corrosion inhibition rate reached 94.88% when the temperature was 50 ℃ and the dosage of ISES was 200 mg·L-1 for steel N80 in 15% HCl.
