摘    要:
采用选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)直接制备高强度塑料功能件,考察了激光功率、扫描速度、单层层厚等工艺参数及无机填料对成型件强度的影响。在激光功率10W、扫描速度1500mm/s、单层层厚0.15mm的较佳烧结工艺参数下,制备了拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度分别达到44MPa、50.8MPa、37.214/m^2的SLS成型件。随着填料用量的增加,烧结件的拉伸强度略有增加,冲击强度下降,在填料用量为40%(质量含量,下同)时弯曲强度达到最大值。

Abstract:
Selective laser sintering (SLS) was employed to pre pa re plastic functional products. The effects of the sintering parameters, includi ng laser power, scanning speed, and thickness of a single layer, as well as the inorganic additive on the mechanical properties of the sintered specimens were i nvestigated. The optimal parameters were as followings: laser power 10 W, scanni ng speed 1 500 mm/s, thickness of a single layer 0.15 mm. With these parameters, specimens with tensile strength about 44 MPa, flexural strength about 50.8 MPa, and impact strength about 36.7 kJ/m2 were successfully fabricated. With incre asing inorganic additive content, the tensile strength of the sintered parts inc reased slightly and the impact strength decreased noticeably. The sintered parts exhibited a maximum in the flexural strength with the 40 % additive.
