超超临界机组过热汽温控制系统建模与仿真

摘    要:根据600MW超超临界机组的SAMA图,以工程分析的方法研究超超临界机组过热汽温控制系统的组成和控制方式.并按实际超超临界机组过热器环节细化之前所建模型的过热器段,同时根据过热汽温控制系统SAMA图设计控制器,分析其内部函数关系,根据其输入输出特性,研究控制系统中各函数块的选取问题,并给出各函数块的具体形式.仿真试验验证了本文在过热汽温控制系统中所采用的求取函数块的方法具有较好的通用性,可适用于超超临界机组其它工况条件下以及其它控制系统中函数块的选取问题.

Abstract:According to the 600MW ultra-supercritical unit SAMA diagram,engineering analysis method is used to study the composition and control mode of superheated steam temperature control system for ultra-supercritical units.And according to the actual superheater link of ultra-supercritical units,refine the built model of superheater section before,at the same time according to the SAMA diagram of superheated steam temperature control system,design the controller,and analyze its internal function relations;according to its input/output characteristics,study the selection of each function block in the control system,and give the concrete form of the function block.The calculating function block method which used in the superheated steam temperature control system was verified by the simulation test in this paper that it has good generality and can be used in supercritical unit on other operating conditions and other control system function block selection problem.
