摘    要:利用超声波辅助提取法提取接骨草花中乌索酸。通过考察乙醇浓度、固液比、超声波时间对提取乌索酸得率的影响,设计正交实验,得出最佳提取工艺。结果表明各因素对提取乌索酸的影响依次为乙醇浓度>固液比>超声时间。最佳提取工艺是乙醇浓度为80%,固液比为1∶60g/mL,提取时间为45min。在此条件下,乌索酸在盛花期中得率为0.83%,在花蕾期中得率为0.81%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of ursolic acid from Sambucus chinensis flowers was optimized by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.Effects of concentration of ethanol,ratio of raw material to liquid,ultrasonic extraction time were studied by orthogonal experiment methods.The results showed that the effect sequence of three main factors for ursolic acid yield were as follows:ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions were 80% ethanol,solid to liquid ratio 1:60g/mL,ultrasonic extraction time 45min.Ursolic acid yield in open and not open flowers under the optimal ultrasonic extraction condition were 0.83%,0.81% respectively.
