摘    要:在单因素实验的基础上,根据中心旋转组合设计原理,考察了四种抑菌剂多糖、纳米银、茶多酚与ε-聚赖氨酸对腐败菌希瓦氏菌(Shewanella sp.)的抑制作用。结果表明复合抑菌剂最佳配比为0.23%R-多糖、0.83‰纳米银、0.16‰茶多酚与0.43‰ε-聚赖氨酸,在此条件下抑菌率实测可达90%以上,且希瓦氏菌对该复合抑菌剂极度敏感,抑菌圈直径达到28.36mm。

Abstract:On the basis of single-factor experiments,bacteriostasis effects of four bacteriostatic agents(polysaccharide,nano silver,tea polyphenol and ε-polylysin)on Shewanella sp.were studied by using the principle of central composite design.Results showed that the optimal amounts of R-polysaccharide,nano silver,tea polyphenol and ε-polylysin was 0.23%,0.83‰,0.16‰ and 0.43‰,respectively.With this compound bacteriostatic agents,the bacteriostatic rate was more than 90%.And the diameter of inhibition zone was 28.36mm,which indicated Shewanella sp.was sensitive for this complex preservative.
