摘    要:以对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,固体超强酸SO24-/Fe2O3为催化剂,对尼泊金丁酯的合成进行了研究。考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,实验条件为焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间4h,催化剂用量2g,醇酸比3:1,反应时间3h,酯化率可达96.7%。

Abstract:The preparation of n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate was investigated by using SO2-4/Fe2O3 as catalyst,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and n-butanol as reactants.The influence factors and its catalytic performance were investigated and optimized.The better reaction conditions were as follows:baking temperature was at 550℃,baking time was 4h,molar ratio of n-butanol to p-Hydroxybenzoic acid was 3:1,the catalyst was 2g,the reaction time was 3h.The yield of n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate was 96.7%.
