摘    要:为探索大米无损检测技术,提出了一种基于低场核磁共振技术的快速、无损鉴别大米品种的新方法。以不同地域的大米为低场核磁共振检测对象,利用主成分分析法(PCA)分析处理Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill(CPMG)序列的检测数据。实验结果表明,不同地域的大米在主成分得分图上可以得到很好的区分;说明所提出的方法具有很好的分类和鉴别作用,为大米的品种鉴别提供了一种新方法。

Rapid discrimination method of varieties of rice by using LF-NMR technology

Abstract:Based on the Low Field - Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(LF - NMR)technology,a new method to discriminate varieties of rice was proposed. Rice samples of different producing areas were tested by the CPMG sequence of LF - NMR. Principal Component Analysis(PCA)method was used to analyze and process the sample data. The results showed that:Rice samples of different producing areas were distinguished effectively on the plot of PCA score. The new method proposed was capable to discriminate the varieties of rice,which provided a new method to discriminate rice varieties.
