| 摘 要： | 对细纱机后牵伸区加装压力棒前、后的成纱质量进行了对比分析,表明在纺制18 tex纯棉纱时,细纱后区加装压力棒对成纱质量有一定的改善;而在纺制29 tex纯棉纱时,细纱后区加装压力棒后成纱质量反而恶化。通过对细纱后区牵伸工艺参数进行正交试验,探讨了各工艺参数对成纱质量的影响,指出对细纱质量影响的各工艺参数中,后区隔距极显著,粗纱定量显著,后区牵伸倍数不显著。 |

| Abstract: | Contrast analysis is done to the quality of resultant yarn befor and after installation of press bars in the draft area on the spinning frames.Conclusion is made that the quality of resultant yarn is improved with installation of press bar in the rear area of spinning process when 100% cotton with 18 tex is processed while the quality of resultant yarn is spoiled when 100% cotton with 29 tex under the same circumstance.The orthogonal test of the specificattions of the draft process in the rear spinning area... |
