出版业发展瓶颈迁移与人才培养模式创新

出版高等教育是出版业发展所需人才培养的主要途径,出版人才培养观直接影响出版教育发展水平,进而影响到出版业人才需求与发展.通过分析我国出版业发展过程中瓶颈环节的迁移,认为在特定历史阶段"专才教育"有其合理性、进步性,但随着信息技术对出版业的渗透以及出版体制改革进程的推进,出版教育上的专才模式必须随之转变和拓展.经济全球化环境下的出版产业呼唤出版人才培养观的进一步转变,复合型、多样化通才培养结构是出版教育适应市场变化能动性的体现,这种人才观的转变与创新实践将给出版教育发展带来蓬勃生机.
