| 摘 要： | 1998年西宁供电公司开始实施"一户一表"工程,对配电线路、变电器、接户线等进行了改造并更换大容量电能表,然而个别新装电能表出现转"快"的现象。文章针对这一现象从多方面进行了分析,并提出了行之有效的解决措施。

| Abstract: | It implements "one Family,one Meter" project of Xining Electricity Supply Bureau since 1998,it rebuilds distribution line,transformer,connection user-line etc.and changes large-capacity energy meter,but several new-installed energy meters appear fast turn phenomenon.The paper analyses the phenomenon from several aspects,and brings forward effective solutions. |
