硬脂酸法制备TiO2纳米粉体

摘    要:用硬脂酸法制备了TiO2纳米晶,用红外光谱仪(FTIR),X射线粉末衍射(XRD ),透射电子显微镜(TEM)对TiO2纳米晶进行了分析和表征.研究结果表明:在纳米TiO 2的制备过程中,硬脂酸不仅起到溶剂、分散剂的作用,还作为反应物参与反应;所得纳米TiO2随热处理温度的上升发生了从锐钛矿到金红石相的转变;利用硬脂酸法能在较低温度500℃得到金红石结构.

Abstract:Nanocrystalline TiO 2 powder was prepared with the stearic acid gel method. The crystals were analyzed and characterized by means of FTIR, XRD and TEM. The results show that, stearic acid acts as not only solvent and disperser,but also reactant; The prepared TiO 2 nano-grains transform from anatase into rutile when the heat treatment temperature rises; Rutile structure can be obtained at lower temperature of 500℃ by means of the stearic acid gel method.
