| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了HK400VE-30型立式圆盘冷锯的结构及工作原理;分析了设置在精整作业线上的锯机在使用过程中存在的缺陷,并提出了相应的改进措施。实践证明,该改进措施取得了很好的效果,锯切质量满足交货要求。

| Abstract: | Briefed in the paper are the structure and operation principle of the HK400VE-30 vertical circular sawing machine. The disadvantages concerning operation of the sawer in the tube finishing line are investigated, and countermeasures are taken. Relevant operation practice after the improvement shows that the result is satisfactory, and the tubes as cut off by the modified sawing machine are up to the quality requirements of the order. |
