| Abstract: | Single-walled carbon nanohorns have been used to construct an aptasensor for the first time. This novel aptasensor was successfully used for the detection of thrombin with high sensitivity and excellent selectivity. This thrombin aptasensor has a detection limit of as low as 100 pM. |
