催化裂解轻油精制新途径

摘    要:介绍了两种降低催化裂解轻油馏分芳烃含量的精制工艺。中压加氢改质技术能够在降低硫、氮含量的同时,降低芳烃含量,并产少量高辛烷值汽油。部分磺化精制技术能够把芳烃转化成芳烃磺酸盐,大幅度降低轻油馏分中的芳烃含量,这种磺酸盐缩合后成为高分子电解质,是性能优良的分散剂,可作为高效减水剂、水浆燃料分散剂和粘土浆液减粘剂使用。磺化脱芳后的轻油十六烷值提高,可作为轻柴油调合组分,还可进一步分馏制成油墨溶剂油。两种工艺都具有流程简单、合理、能耗低和无三废排放的优点,特别是部分磺化技术,由于设备投资少、产品的附加价值高,经济效益更明显。

Abstract:Two processes have been developed for upgrading the LCO from Deep Catalytic Cracking. The low aromatics content diesel oil and high octane number gasoline were produced from the LCO by Medium Hydrotreatment upgrading process. The LCO was converted to sulfonate fraction and oil fraction by Partial Sulfonation and Redistillation process. The sulfonate fraction was condensed with formaldehyde to form polymeric electrolyte which can be used as super plasticizer, coal water slurry emulsifier and clay dispersant. The oil fraction was further fractioned into low aromatics light diesel oil and painting solvent. Both of these two processes have no pollution problem, however, the latter is more acceptable for its low investment and high economic benefit.
