摘    要:以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为母液添加适量符合工艺要求的助剂而制成的CT8-5新型选择性脱硫溶剂,在齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂硫磺回收尾气处理装置进行取代MDEA净化脱硫剂的工业应用试验。结果表明,在常压下操作,CT8-5的H2S脱除率可达99.2%~99.9%,CO2的脱除率小于10%,在原料气含H2S1%~2%时,所产酸性气中H2S含量可达66%左右,CT8-5水溶液再生效果比其它烷醇胺高,抗泡性能也好,适用于原料气中存在CO2气体、H2S含量较低、对净化气中H2S含量要求较高的情况

Abstract:The commercial trial of a selective desulfurization solvent CT8 5 was carried out in a tail gas treating unit of sulfur recovery at Qilu Petrochemical Company. CT8 5 was a modified MDEA solvent with a proper amount of additive. The result showed that the removal rates of H 2S and CO 2 were 99.2 % to 99.9% and less than 10% respectively under atmospheric pressure, and the H 2S content in the acidic gas was about 60% when the H 2S content was 1% to 2% in feed gas. CT8 5 solvent exhibited good desulfurization selectivity and anti foaming ability as well as easy regeneration.
