| 摘 要： | 对１６７ｄｔｅｘ／９６ｆ和８６ｄｔｅｘ／７２ｆ涤纶ＰＯＹ的生产工艺进行了探讨，研究了干燥工艺、纺丝速度、纺丝组件、集束上油位置、侧吹风风速等对ＰＯＹ质量和纺丝状况的影响。结果表明，只要合理选择工艺参数，就可以在现有的高速纺设备上开发生产性能稳定的涤纶微细旦ＰＯＹ。 |

| Abstract: | the production process for 167dtex/96f and 83dtex/72f fine denier polyster POY has been dis- cussed. The effects of chips drying process, spinning speed, spinning pack, collection position and ve- locity of quench air on the quality of fiber and spinning condition have been studied. The result shows that the microdenier POY with stable quality can be made under suitable process on common high-speed spinning equipment. |
