摘    要:实验研究了JH净化活性炭对甲苯和丙酮混合蒸气在不同温度下的吸附性能,并用DY模型与扩展的Langmuir模型进行了描述。根据扩展的Langmuir吸附等温方程和实验曲线分析了JH净化活性炭对甲苯与丙酮的吸附选择性。结果表明,扩展Langmuir模型结果优于孔填充DY模型。由于JH净化活性炭对甲苯的吸附选择性大于丙酮,因此可用于甲苯和丙酮混合气体的吸附分离,且高的吸附温度和低的进口浓度条件有利于其吸附分离。

Abstract:The adsorption behaviors of toluene and acetone gas mixture on JH purified activated carbon at various temperatures were experimentally investigated,and described by DY model and extended Langmuir model.The adsorptive selectivity of the activated carbon to toluene and acetone was explained by extended Langmuir equilibrium equation and experimental curves,and the results indicated that extended Langmuir model fitted the experimental data better than DY equation.JH purified activated carbon can be used to separate toluene/acetone gas mixture because of its higher adsorption selectivity to toluene,and high adsorption temperature and low feed concentration lead to a good separation result.
