Ileal lipoma: a cause of severe lower digestive tract hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | We report a case of major lower digestive tract hemorrhage caused by an ileal lipoma. The main clinical signs of this uncommon pathology are presented together with the necessary paraclinical investigations. Ileal lipoma may be spontaneously complicated and requires surgical treatment. |
