摘    要:介绍影响钢丝绳疲劳寿命的因素。通过试验,研究钢质滑轮硬度对6×19W+IWR钢丝绳疲劳寿命的影响。介绍试验的原理及过程,采用曲柄连杆短行程单弧段的试验机检测钢丝绳的使用寿命,试验滑轮选取不同材质、不同热处理方式及不同绳槽底部硬度,在额定试验载荷为14.62 kN、钢丝绳往复行程为450 mm、滑轮与钢丝绳直径比为28.3等试验参数下得到的试验结果说明:滑轮绳槽表面硬度过低和过高,均会降低钢丝绳使用寿命,一般将绳槽表面硬度HRC值控制在30~50为宜。

Abstract:To introduce the factors of affecting fatigue life of wire rope. To research the effect of steel pulley hardness on fatigue life of 6 × 19W + IWR wire rope by test. The principle and course of test are introduced. Adopting single are section tester with brace connecting rod to determine the service life of wire rope, the test pulley uses different materials and heat treatment mode and has different rope groove hardness at bottom, rating test loading is 14.62 kN, to-and-fro distance of wire rope is 450 ram, diameter ratio of pulley and wire rope is 28.3, under such conditions the result is obtained : rope groove surface hardness of pulley is over high or low, both reduce service life of wire rope, to control rope groove surface hardness HRC value at 30 -50 is good.
