| 摘 要： | 主要介绍在MEMS器件中PZT薄膜制备的方法、制备过程中需要解决的问题、PZT薄膜与MEMS的集成以及PZT在MEMS中的应用的研究进展,并展望了PZT薄膜的应用前景.
