甘草酸反相高效液相色谱分析方法的选择研究

摘    要:本文利用反相柱比较了分离、分析甘草酸铵的3种色谱技术,即常规反相液相色谱,反相离子对色谱及反相离子抑制色谱;研究了它们的色谱保留行为;同时着重研究了流动相的组成、离子抑制剂浓度、流速等对保留时间、容量因子和理论塔板数的影响.

Abstract:The ordinary reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), reversed phase ion pair HPLC and reversed phase ion suppression HPLC. The for separation and analysis licorice acid, has been compared by means of reversed phase column. The retention value of these three method systemly and the influence of composition of mobile phase, ion suppression agent concentration and velocity of flow etc. to the retention time, capacity index and theoretic number of tower plate has been studied, at the same time.
