摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法分析了液滴初始粒径、烟气出入塔温度、烟气入塔速度、SO2入塔浓度和脱硫剂浓度等影响脱硫效率的敏感参数,建立了合理的数学模型,分析了上述参数在反应塔内的变化及其对脱硫效率的影响规律,确定了合理的参数调控体系。

Abstract:The numerical simulated method was carried out to analyze the operational parameters include the initial droplet size,flue gas temperature,flue gas velocity into the tower,the consistency of SO2 into the tower.The changes of these parameters in the reaction tower and the law of impact desulfurization efficiency are analyzed.A reasonable parameter-control system is built.
