摘    要:随着风险概念的引入,对燃气管道进行风险评估是实现燃气管道从安全管理向风险管理、从经验管理向科学管理过渡的必要技术手段。综述了近年来国外燃气管道风险评估领域在评估体系、失效可能性和失效后果等方面的研究进展和应用成果,以及我国燃气管道风险评估的现状、主要应用成果和技术贡献。研究指出:我国主要在获取可靠原始数据等方面与国外先进水平之间存在着较大差距,这直接阻碍了我国燃气管道风险评估技术的应用和发展。对造成这些差距的原因进行分析后认为:弥补这些差距不能仅依靠照搬国外的先进技术;主要还应在建立全国性的管道数据库等几方面采取对策,以构建适合我国国情的燃气管道风险评估体系。最终的结论是我国在燃气管道风险评估领域完全能够实现自主发展。

Abstract:As risk concept is imported,the risk assessment for gas pipeline becomes a necessary technical tool to change from safety management to risk management,and from experience management to science management for gas pipeline. The article describes the study progress and application fruits on the risk assessment field,such as assessment system,fail possibility,and failure results,etc. in overseas,and introduces the present situation,main application fruits and technical contribution of risk assessment for gas pipeline in China. It points out there are big differences of technical level between China and foreign countries on the field to acquire reliable original data,which directly hinder the application and development of risk assessment technology for gas pipeline in China. After analyzing the reasons why the differences exist,we found that it can't rely only on booking the foreign advanced techniques to eliminate the differences,but the strategy of building national pipeline data-base should be performed to establish the risk assessment system of gas pipeline suitable to Chinese characteristics. The conclusion is we can make development on the field of risk assessment for gas pipeline by ourselves after all.
