铁水罐倾翻吊钩强度有限元分析

摘    要:利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS完善的前后处理功能,在LS-DYDA高度非线性瞬态动力分析模块中,采用刚体与弹性体单面自动接触方式,对一种铁水罐倾翻吊钩的钩孔,耳孔作非线性受力分析。分别输出了应力和应变情况,验证了“曲梁理论”对吊钩危险截面计算的正确性,并补充了传统静强度理论对吊钩受力分析的不足。

Abstract:The article set-forth that,by using ANSYS software with functions of pre or post processing,the nonlinearity analysis is performed for one kind of tilt-lift hook used for transfer ladle of molten pig iron on hooking hole and hooking earhole with LS-DYDA height nonlinearity transient kinetic analysis model and under the condition that rigid portion automatically contacts flexible portion on sigle face .It provides the situation of stress and strain and demonstrates the correctness of "theory of curved beam"applicable to dangerous cross section calculation of the hook.The deficiencies are removed comparing to the traditional static strength theory.
