压力传感器温度漂移补偿的控制电路设计

摘    要:介绍了一种压力传感器的温度补偿方法,这种方法解决了压力传感器温度漂移的问题.本文详细阐述了一种实用的整体补偿电路.这种电路是一种由单片机控制,使用软件补偿的传感器测量电路.在软件上设计了一种对压力传感器非线性及温度变化所引起的误差进行补偿的软件算法1].在一定的温度和压力范围内实现0.2%的测量精度,完全可以满足实际的需要.

Abstract:A method of temperature compensation for pressure sensor is introduced, and it resolves the problem which is about the temperature excursion of pressure sensor. A practical integral compensation circuit is figured, it is a measure circuit for sensor which is controlled by single chip with the method that is software compensation. Software Arithmetic is designed to compensate the offset of sensitivity and temperature coefficients of pressure sensor. The measure accuracy of 0. 2 % is reached over the specified temperature and pressure range and can completely meet the practical need.
