| 摘 要： | 中国基准地价评估方法研究始于20世纪80年代中期,近年来,对于基准地价问题的研究引起了越来越多的关注。本文对中国城镇及农用地基准地价评估方法及基本思路做了简要介绍,认为针对不同的评估对象,应采取不同的评估方法,以期得到科学、合理、客观的基准地价。
