摘    要:将制备好的Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2-TiO2复合溶胶在担载体上涂膜、干燥、烧成,制成了有担载体的复合膜。应用SEM,XRD等测试手段对Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2-TiO2复合膜的结构、表面形貌和孔径进行了表征,并研究了溶胶性能和烧成制度对膜性能的影响。进行了对污水处理实验,并取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The composite membrane was prepared from synthesized Al2O3 - SiO2 - ZrO2 - TiO2 sol by coating, drying and sintering. The structure, surface morphology and aperture of the membrane were determined by SEM, XRD and pressing mercury technique. The influence of performances of the sol and the sol and the sintering processes on the properties of the membrane was studied, and the test on sewage disposal was made with a good result.
