循环流化床锅炉磨损机理及解决措施

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉运行后出现的问题,从生产实际出发,结合循环流化床锅炉传热的原理和设计理念,从常见的耐磨耐火材料与受热面交界处及炉内浓、稀相区的水冷壁等部位的磨损原因着手,主要对循环流化床锅炉各部位磨损特点、形式等问题进行了分析,提出了相应的处理措施,并在各电厂的技术改造方案中实施,取得了很好防磨效果。

Abstract:In view of the problems after operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, combining its heat transfer principles and design concepts, the abrasion status and forms in circulating fluidized bed boiler have been analyzed in the paper. The countermeasures have also been implemented in the actual technological transformation of each power plant, and the abrasion prevention is favorable.
