基于DSP的瞬态碰撞信号采集存储系统

摘    要:针对瞬态碰撞信号的快速测量及记录,介绍了一种DSP TMS320LF2407A 为控制器,AM29LV800B为Flash闪存的瞬态信号采集存储系统.该小型化数据采集存储系统利用了DSP器件内的ADC模块,设计了包括信号调理电路、Flash存储器接口电路等辅助电路和相应的控制软件.利用压电晶体的碰撞试验验证了可行性,记录完整的实时信号数据.可应用于多种瞬态信号采集的场合,并能在系统掉电的情况下保持测试所得的数据,便于分析.

Abstract:In allusion to the fast measurements and records for transient collision signal,the device with DSP TMS320LF2407A as control unit and AM29LV800B flash memory was introduced.Based on A/D converter inside DSP,Accessorial circuit including the signal conditioning circuit,Flash memory interface and the corresponding controlling software are designed and the system is of small size.The collision test of piezoelectric crystals verified the feasibility and it recorded the complete real-time data.The device can be ...
