重型汽车驾驶室电动/手动翻转装置油泵电机的设计

摘    要:针对重型汽车驾驶室翻转装置要求翻转力较大的现实情况,设计出了钕铁硼永磁直流电机驱动的电动/手动液压翻转装置,并对油泵电机的功率、永磁体和电枢绕组进行了参数化设计,设计的钕铁硼永磁直流电机结构简单、比功率大,可有效提高重型车驾驶室翻转机构的安全性和可靠性.

Abstract:Based on the requirement of larger tilting force of device for the heavy truck cab,Nb-Fe-B permanent magnet DC motor is designed to drive electic/mannal hydraulic tilting device.The power and permanent of generator and armature coil are determined through theoretical calculation.The characteristics of simplicity and high power improve the security of tilting device of the heavy truck cab.
