长梯形截面钢板弯曲成形工艺的数值模拟

摘    要:使用Dynaform 5.7软件对长梯形截面钢板弯曲成形的2种工艺方案进行了数值模拟,并对结果进行了分析比较。采用简单V形模具分步冲压工艺得到的工件形状误差较大,而采用整体模具先弯曲中间部位后弯曲两头的成形方案效果较好。

Abstract:Two bending process schemes of long trapezoidal cross-section steel sheet were numerically simulated by using Dynaform 5.7 software,and the results of simulation were analyzed.There were large differences between the required product shape and the workpiece shape got by adopting the multistep stamping process with simple V-shape moulds.However,the simulation results with the integral mould,in which the central parts were bended first then the edges,showed that a good workpiece was obtained.
