转向臂锻造工艺研究

摘    要:针对大头细杆类长轴锻件在用摩擦压力机模锻时,不制坯或制坯不合理造成材料利用率较低的问题,以带深孔的汽车转向臂为对象,对其锻造工艺进行了分析,工艺计算,运用有限元软件模拟了转向臂成形过程,分析金属流动情况、载荷、等效应力/应变等。根据分析结果,确定合理的制坯工艺和制坯尺寸,提高了锻造的材料利用率。

Abstract:It is difficult to obtain proper preform in the forging of the long axis of the bulk rod parts on a single screw press,which causes the low material utilization.In this paper,taking automobile steering arm as an example,the forging process is analyzed.The metal flow conditions,tool load and effective stress/strain are analyzed via the numerical simulation.Based on the results,a proper preform is chosen,and the material utilization is increased.It has provided a theoretical basis to guide the practical production.
