| 摘 要： | 对于延长部分兼作法兰的Ｕ形管式换热器管板（即结构型式为ＧＢ１５１－９９中的ｆ型）厚度的计算，ＴＥＭＡ法与ＧＢ１５１－９９法的计算结果有较大的差别。对两标准所提供计算方法的思路及计算结果进行了比较，并提醒设计者在运用ＴＥＭＡ标准进行该类型的管板设计计算时，充分注意到这个差别。

| Abstract: | The upper tubesheet of catalyst cooler is typical construction that extension is used as bolting flange.When design calculations depend on TEMA and GB151-99 respectively the thickness of upper tubesheet has great difference. The thinking of calculation method from TEMA and GB151-99 is explained and calculation results are compared in this paper. |
