| 摘 要： | 针对轮对参数测量的特点,将旋转测径法运用于轮对尺寸的测量中,既降低了仪器量程的要求,减小了测量不确定度,又能用同一台仪器测量轮对外观形状参数的微小几何量.测量结果表明改进后的测量方法扩大了测量范围,提高了测量精度,更适合于轮对检修的参数测量.

| Abstract: | For the characteristics of wheelset parameters measurement,Rotating Diameter-Measure-Method is applied to measurement of wheelset profile to reduce requirement of instrument measuring range and to decrease uncertainty of measurement.Furthermore wheelset shape-appearance parameters,some micro-signal geometric quantities,can be measured by the same instrument.The results show that the improved measuring method expands measuring range and improves measurement accuracy.It is more suitable for parameters measurement of wheelset repair. |
