| 摘 要： | 在新的环境下,企业面临着灵活的和不同的合作者建立合作关系,而合作关系的成败与合作者之间的信任水平有很大的关系。论述了如何在合作中,快速地建立起初始的信任,开展合作以后的工作,对组织之间的初始信任的建立机制进行了研究,提出了初始信任建立的抵押机制、中介机制、社会网络、跨边界者机制和合约机制。

| Abstract: | Success or failure of cooperative relationship in enterprises is closely related to the trust level of cooperators. How to quickly establish initial trust and carry out after-cooperation work are discussed. The establishment mechanism of initial trust between cooperators is studied. Guarantee mechanism, mediate mechanism, social network mechanism, boundary spanner mechanism and contract mechanism are put forward in initial trust establishment. |
