内标法和外标法测定血液中乙醇含量的比较分析

摘    要:[目的]比较内标定量法和外标定量法在测定血液中乙醇含量的差异。[方法]运用顶空气相色谱法对血液样品进行分析,然后分别采用内标法和外标法计算其乙醇含量。[结果1内标法的准确度和精密度均优于外标法,内标法和外标法之间无显著性差异。[结论]顶空气相色谱法分析血中乙醇,采用内标法和外标法的定量方式获得的结果均能满足检测要求。分析人员可根据实际情况尤其是实验室条件而使用相应的定量方式。

Abstract:[Objective] To compare whether the results of Internal Standard Method(ISTD) and External Standard Method(ESTD) determining the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) by headspace gas chromatography are significant difference. [Methods] Making use of the combination between headspace sampler and gas chromatograph to detect BAC with ISTD and ESTD. [Results] The accuracy and precision of ISTD were better than ones of ESTD, simuhaneously there were no significant difference between ISTD and ESTD. [Conclusion] The quantitative results of BAC with ISTD and ESTD were satisfactory by the headspace-gas chromatography. The analyzers should choose the corresponding quantitative method based on their experimental conditions.
