微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定散装白酒中铅的方法研究

摘    要:铅是一种毒性很强的金属,榆林市场散装白酒众多,建立快速、准确的白酒中铅的测定方法,特别重要。文章研究了微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅含量,优化了仪器测定条件、基体改进剂、微波消解参数。铅的浓度在0.0~20.0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为r=0.9991,标准偏差s=0.0003,最低检出限c=0.11μg/L,定量限为0.37μg/L,加标回收率为95.3%~104.1%。通过对市场上20种散装白酒铅含量检测,建立了良好的方法,为监管部门提供了有力的技术保障。

Abstract:Plumbum is an extremely toxic metal.There are many bulk Baijiu in Yulin market.It is particularly important to establish a fast and accurate method for the determination of plumbum content in Baijiu.We studied the microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of plumbum content,and optimized the measurement conditions of the instrument,the matrix modifier,and the microwave digestion parameters.The method had good linear relationship when the concentration of Pb was within the range of 0.0 to 20.0μg/L.The linear correlation coefficient r was 0.9991,the standard deviation was 0.0003,the detection limit was 0.11μg/L,the quantification limit was 0.37μg/L,and the spiked recovery rate was between 95.3%to 104.1%.The plumbum content of 20 types of bulk Baijiu on the market was detected.This study has established a good method,and has provided a powerful technical means for the regulatory authorities.
