滑架槽帮类铸件变形的原因及控制

摘    要:本文阐述了煤机产品刨煤机滑架槽帮在铸造过程中产生变形的机理,以及对铸件变形的控制方法。通过对生产现场铸件变形的测量,结合计算机凝固模拟分析,对铸造工艺进行了改进设计,成功地将滑架槽帮铸件的变形量控制在了2mm范围之内,达到了产品的使用、装配要求。

Abstract:The mechanism of casting deformation of the groove wall of slicer sliding bracket has been expounded with method of deformation control. Combined testing of castings deformation on spot and computer simulation analysis of solidification the foundry technology design has been improved and such deformation been controlled under 2mm so as to have met the requirements for use and assemblage of the products.
