高比表面积纳米级SiO2润滑脂的制备与性能

摘    要: 常用的SiO2密封脂在贮存安定性和剪切安定性上存在一定的缺陷,对其进行改性具有现实意义。选择3种不同比表面积的纳米级SiO2颗粒为稠化剂,采用3种不同的基础油,通过硅醇改性控制SiO2颗粒的表面性质,加强其与基础油的相容性,制得若干不同的SiO2润滑脂。考察这些SiO2润滑脂的贮存安定性和剪切安定性,确定出最佳的稠化剂和基础油的类型以及最佳配方。结果表明,用其中比表面积最大的SiO2样品A-423可制备贮存安定性和剪切安定性最佳的SiO2润滑脂,贮存60d时,该润滑脂的稠度基本无变化,剪切前后的锥入度差值也只有2.3 0.1mm。该纳米级SiO2润滑脂中,改性剂硅醇的用量为稠化剂A-423用量的15%, 而A-423的用量为润滑脂总质量的9%。

Abstract:The common silicon dioxide has limitations in storage invariability and shear invariability.As additives,it is practically necessary to modify its particles for preparation of high performance grease.Three kinds of nano scale SiO2 with different specific surface areas and three oils were chosen as thickener and base oil,respectively,and all the nano scale SiO2 were treated with silicon alcohol to modify their surfaces,so that the compatibility between SiO2 and base oil was enhanced.The storage invariability and shear invariability of the prepared greases were determined to obtain optimized formula of addictives and base oil.The results showed that the SiO2 grease of high storage invariability and shear invariability could be obtained with the nano scale SiO2 A-423 sample,which was of the largest specific surface area among the three nano scale SiO2.After 60 days reserved,the dense of the prepared SiO2 grease hardly varied,and the difference value of the penetration was only 2.3/(0.1 mm).In the nano scale SiO2 grease,the load of the modifier silicon alcohol was 15% of the load of thickener A-423,which was 9% of the total lubricate grease.
