摘    要:设计了基于ARM、FPGA等嵌入式硬件和实时操作系统(RTOS)的控制器用于相控整流电源的控制。多达12路脉冲输出可灵活组态;A/D转换精度高、速度快;与脉冲同步的全波平均值算法实现了断续模拟量的精确测量;采用同步PID调节器实现了断态过程的连续化调节。在该平台上,配合主回路的设计,实现了大功率整流设备的柔性输出,可满足多个行业或多种工艺的要求。

Abstract:In this paper,the design of rectifier with flexible output based on phase control thyristors is introduced.The rectifier meets requirements of many industrial application.It's controller is builded in embedded hardwares as ARM,FPGA etc,and application software works on the platform of RTOS.The controller has some advantages.It's A/D converter is fast and high precision.Controller's twelve pulses can be rebuild flexible.Whole-wave average-value algorithm is synchronized by pulse and can detect non-continuous...
