北京金贸中心无粘结预应力楼板质量监理

摘    要:北京金贸中心工程对跨度为8.4m×8.4m的设备夹层和低层公共建筑部分楼板采用了无粘结预应力技术,为确保无粘结预应力工程质量,监理人员抓事前控制、事中控制和工程验收三个环节,尤其对无粘结预应力筋制作、铺放、张拉、锚固等关键工序进行了重点控制,保证了工程质量。

Abstract:In Beijing Jinrnao Center project, unbonded prestressing technique is used in the 8.4m×8.4m equipment interlining and partial floor slabs of low-storey public building. In order to insure the unbonded prestress engineering quality, supervisor pays attentions to precontrol, construction control and engineering acceptance, especially on some key processes, such as fabrication, laying, tensioning and anchorage of unbonded prestressed steel bar, to guarantee high engineering quality.
